Bryan Colindres
Vice President of Operations & Training
Bryan is responsible for the development and management of AIS’s Training Center. He has a criminal justice/law enforcement background and has been employed by agencies like the Orange Unified School District in the city of Orange as a Criminal Justice Instructor, the Los Angeles World Airports Police Department, and the Los Angeles Police Department for patrol and training. He is a United States Army Veteran, deployed as a 19 Delta Calvary Scout with the rank of Sergeant and has experience with the majority of P.O.S.T. Certify Courses in Law Enforcement.















Dominick Padilla
Director Of Training
As Director of Training, he brings more than 30 years of experience in public safety, law enforcement, tactical operations, and professional training. A retired Police Sergeant with the Santa Ana Police Department, he served 10 years as a supervisor and more than 23 years as a SWAT operator and instructor, leading specialized operations while developing personnel and advancing organizational readiness. Throughout his distinguished career, he has designed and delivered advanced training programs in firearms, active shooter response, Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC), leadership development, emergency preparedness, and tactical operations. He has extensive experience developing curriculum, mentoring instructors, coordinating multi-agency training initiatives, and building high-performing teams dedicated to operational excellence.
