Our staff comes from educational, private security, law enforcement, and military backgrounds. We have over a decade of experience as security providers with safety as our priority. Our team is passionate about what we do - giving our students the tools to succeed out in the field and in their professional careers.

LUCY LIN

Director

Ms. Lin is the Founder and President of Absolute International Security with over 27 years of experience working with private security firms. She is a graduate of Claremont Graduate University with an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) and received her Qualified Manager (QM) license from the State of California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services in 2006. In the past ten years, she has seen AIS operations grow from a team of 10 to over 400 security professionals, field supervisors, and staff. However, despite the company's great success, she still focuses on maintaining a family-oriented atmosphere. The Director drives the school's vision and is responsible for the adherence to its core values.

BRYAN COLINDRES

Executive of Operations & Training

Mr. Colindres is responsible for the management of AIS Training Center and the development of the school curriculum. He served a 6-year tour with the US Army in Operation Enduring Freedom before going into law enforcement with the LAPD and LAWA. He has been employed by agencies such as Orange Unified School District as a Criminal Justice Instructor. His training and experience extends to a vast majority of P.O.S.T. Certify Courses in Law Enforcement, acquiring P.O.S.T. certificate from the Commission of Peace Officer Standards and Training with the Department of Justice. Mr. Colindres is a licensed BSIS Instructor for the Guard Card, Baton, and Exposed Firearm Permit courses.

SAMUEL SANTILLANO

Training Instructor

Mr. Santillano is experienced within private security as the Quality Assurance Assistant Manager of AIS. He specializes in threat assessments, construction of Post Orders, risk management, damage control, and training. As an Instructor, he leads courses such as OC Pepper Spray Training, Baton Permit Training, and Active Shooter Emergency Response. Mr. Santillano is certified to teach through the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) and Armament Systems and Procedures (ASP).
